How can I purchase my own wood burning?

What is included with my purchase?
Your custom pet portrait leash hanger or portrait comes ready to hang. (Leash not included)
Do you ship worldwide?
No sorry, at this time we only ship to Canada and USA. Shipping via Canada Post / USPS
Will my item be insured and tracked for shipping?
Yes, insurance and tracking number will be provided.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depends on your custom order size, weight and quantity. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
What payments do you accept?
In Canada we accept E-Transfer or PayPal. In the US, PayPal is our only payment option at this time. PayPal info will be provided when sale is completed.
Craft shows and events we accept Square with debit or credit option also E-Transfer and of course cash.
What are your terms and conditions?
All pricing is in $CAD. We will convert it for you if you reside in the US.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return at your expense and we will gladly refund the purchase price.
I'd like to order something custom or unique is that possible?
At this time we are creating pet portraits or people portraits. (leash holders hook available for pet portraits at no additional cost) Please use the 'contact us' icon for any questions.
